3.Move to the next tab - invoicing - Add your bank details. Your bank details will appear on your customer invoices for payment requests.

4.Next, upload your generic terms and conditions. These are sent as an email attachment with your customer invoices.

5.The next tab - Fabric Accounts - is for PRO subscribers only. Here you can select the fabric suppliers which you have accounts with and can specify your trade terms. Your trade terms are required so that the analytics module can calculate your profit. If one of your suppliers is missing from the database you can submit your price list to us from the Fabric Library module. We will then add it for you.

6.The final tab - Subscription Management - can be ignored for the onboarding process. This is where you can upgrade/downgrade/cancel your subscription.

  1. As before, work from left to right completing the information in the 3 tabs - Services, Pricing and Workroom Parameters.
  2. In tab 1 - Services, select which services you offer. Click on all the curtain headings you supply and then use the single chevron to move then from the left to the right hand table. Do the same with the Blinds. To move an entire list, simply click the double chevrons.
  3. Click on both update buttons - 1 button won't update both services
  4. Move along to the pricing tab and choose your price structure. You can have a single price per width, or you can choose to charge a different price depending on the drop.
  5. If you charge per width and drop, you then need to state the price thresholds
  6. Now start creating your price sets. There is no limit to how many different price sets you have. You can set up different prices for domestic and contract, and different prices for different headings.
  7. Once you have your prices for different finishes and headings move on to the Roman Blind prices. Please read this article for more information about the calculation if you don't currently calculate your roman blind labour charge in the same way.
  8. Now move along to the final tab - workroom parameters
  9. These default settings are what we use to calculate fabric quantity, labour and to generate workroom instructions for your maker(s).
  10. Fill in your heading and hem allowances for your lining and interlining, then move on to the same for the various curtain headings. Complete the first row and click "Apply to All" to copy the values to all the following rows.
  11. Blinds Workroom - these settings will be used for the workroom instructions and fabric quantity
  12. Simply click the edit icon for each row to add the values and save your changes.

Once you have completed the data inputting for Settings and Services, you need to add some products and your contacts. After that you can start creating quotes and fully use the software.
